Proposals are requested from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Evans Valley Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work consists of seismic strengthening in the Evans Valley Fire Station at 8677 E Evans Creek Rd., Rogue River, OR 97537. Proposers must provide one electronic copy of their proposal and email it to the designated contact. Firms will be evaluated based on company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria stated in the request for proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with prescribed requirements and may reject any or all proposals when it is in the public interest to do so. Any protest or request for change must be delivered in writing to the specified address at least seven days prior to the proposal due date. April 29, 2026 Last Day for submittal of questions at 5:00 PM The District received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant in 2025 from the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority of the Business Development Department for the Evans Valley Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation. The District is currently seeking additional funding of at least $2.2 million for a station expansion to add approximately 4,100 sq feet to the existing structure, to include a reception area, ADA bathrooms, offices, and a community meeting room as well as a new site training area and site paving as part of the Project. Such work will be added to the selected CM/GC's seismic rehabilitation scope of work, and performed as set out in this RFP and associated Contract, in the event the District successfully obtains such additional funding. The District has selected IMEG Consultants Corp. as the structural engineer and project manager for the work.
