The project must be substantially complete October 1, 2026 for Schedule A, October 1, 2026 for Schedule B, and November 1, 2026 for Schedule C after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Schedule A is $350,000 to $550,000; Schedule B is $850,000 to $1,175,000; Schedule C is $635,000 to $960,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Installation of 10-inch seismic actuated valve at Knowlton Heights Reservoir. Work includes piping modifications and associated electrical requirements. Demolition of existing piping. b. Schedule B - Concrete Rehabilitation 1. Repairs to One (1) Million Gallon Oerding Heights. Work includes surface preparation, demolition of defective concrete, inspection of pre-stressed wire, application of mortar, shotcrete, concrete, and other miscellaneous repair materials. 2. Repairs to One (1) Million Gallon Knowlton Heights Reservoirs. Work includes surface preparation, demolition of defective concrete, inspection of pre-stressed wire, application of mortar, shotcrete, concrete, and other miscellaneous repair materials. 3. Installation of exterior coating and access ladder at Knowlton Heights Reservoir. 4. Repairs to the spillway at Rink Creek Reservoir. Work includes surface preparation, demolition of delaminated concrete, crack and construction joint repair, and application of mortar on interior walls. c. Schedule C - Rink Creek Improvements 1. Removal of approximately 22,000 cubic yards of sediment from the eastern most arm of the Rink Creek Reservoir. 2. Demolition and replacement of the three (3) slide gate valves at the Rink Creek concrete intake structure. 3. Installation of a new floating dock at the Rink Creek concrete intake structure.
