Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Coquille, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the demolition of one of the existing filters, media replacement of the existing filter to remain, installation of a dual roughening and polish filter, installation of a new cartridge filter, monitoring and testing equipment, and associated electrical and plumbing work for a 50 gallon per minute (gpm) system. Additional work includes demolition of existing baffle walls in the sedimentation basin, deep cleaning and removal of built-up sediment, installation of new fiberglass baffle walls, replacement of existing pump, and associated replacement of structure items such as roofing. Bids not fully completed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders will not be considered. A Bid Security in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the Bid is required. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Each Bidder must submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, Evidence of Authority to Sign Bid, and Evidence to do Business in the State within two working hours of the time for receipt of the Bid. No Bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains required statements of compliance and residency. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive all informalities, and to accept such Bids that are in the best interest of the Owner. Work will be partially funded by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Oregon 2021 Small, Underserved, Disadvantaged Communities Drinking Water Grant Program, requiring compliance with the 2021 Build America, Buy America Act. Estimated construction cost for the Basic Bid is between $200,000 and $270,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
