Site work for a fire / police facility in Dayton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
Rhea Co. Sheriff's Department - Construction of a concrete pad at the Rhea County Training Center. The project consists of furnishing all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to construct a concrete slab to be used as the foundation for a future metal garage . 3. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the following : o Construct a 30 ft x 60 ft concrete slab Concrete thickness : 6 inches Concrete strength : 4,000 PSI minimum Install plastic vapor barrier beneath slab Install wire reinforcement o o Provide slick ( smooth ) finish Install proper expansion joints Ensure slab is level and suitable for metal structure installation Structural Coordination Requirement : 9 The contractor shall coordinate with the County and/ or designated building installer to ensure all wood support posts for the future metal garage are properly set and installed prior to concrete placement . Concrete shall be poured after post installation , ensuring posts are properly aligned , secured , and integrated into the slab as required .The remaining portions of the metal building /garage structure will be installed after the concrete slab has been completed and cured , and is not included in this bid unless otherwise specified . 4. SITE CONDITIONS No excavation or grading is required Site preparation has been completed by the Rhea County Road Department Contractor shall verify all site conditions prior to bidding
