Renovation of a mixed-use development in Blountville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are invited for the West Ridge High School Track Depression Repair project. Bidders may obtain bid documents in PDF format from the Architect, Cain Rash West, and are permitted to print and copy these files for bid preparation. Documents are also available at specified locations. A limited license is granted for this purpose. Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified check for five percent of the bid total; successful bidders must provide Performance and Payment Bonds equal to one hundred percent of the contract price. All bidders must be licensed State of Tennessee Contractors as specified by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994. Subcontractor information, if applicable, must be provided on the bid envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and no bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening date. All questions regarding this project need to be submitted in writing via email to Dineen West at dineen@grcinc.com. All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2026, by the close of business.
