Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Brownsville, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bids came in over our projected budget. No bid will be awarded until we can find additional funding. Sealed bids are requested for the Northside Parking Lot Paving Project at 501 Market Street, Brownsville Borough, Fayette County, PA. The work includes milling the existing pavement to grade, installation of 2-inch 25MM Base, 1-inch 9.5MM Wearing, sealing of edges, installation of curbs, and line painting. Brownsville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the bid opening. There will be a special meeting on April 22nd at 12:45pm at the Borough building for bid opening and awarding.
