The services will be for the Hennepin County Government Center & Downtown. SUMMARY OF NEEDS: Contractor is responsible for supplying supervision, labor, parts & materials, equipment, and oversight to carry out general building repairs and minor renovations at various County facilities on an as needed / requested basis. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, carpentry, drywall, finishes, and other work normally under the management of a general construction contractor and/or the Divisions of work as published in the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) MasterFormat (1995). This may include project estimation and budgeting of work. The work is to be self-performed by the selected Proposer and billed on a Time and Material basis. Subcontracting of the Work is not permitted without advance permission from the County and will be considered only in circumstances that are outside the customary scope of this Work. The scope of work is further described in Exhibit 2-Technical Specifications. The County reserves the right to suspend or cancel the awarded contract if there are repeated requests to subcontract primary work under this contract.
