The County is seeking a qualified proponent for the design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation of a Pre-Fabricated Washroom to be installed within the Hamlet of Rosebud. A summary of the services to be provided by the successful proponent shall include: a) Manufacture of a complete prefabricated seasonal washroom structure, including all structural components, finishes, fixtures, and building systems. b) Provision of fully engineered and stamped drawings in accordance with the Alberta Building Code. c) Delivery and transportation of the completed structure to the project site located in Rosebud, Alberta. d) Full installation of the structure on-site, including placement, anchoring, and commissioning to a fully operational state.
