Dewey-Humboldt seeks chip seal overlay services to be completed no later than 45 days from the date of the Town-issued Notice to Proceed. The Spring 2026 Chipseal Overlay Project consists of: AREA 1 with approximately 83,245 square yards of low-volume single chipseal and fog coat, and AREA 2 'Dirt to Black' with approximately 14,566 square yards of double chipseal and fog coat, including Pima Road (about 5,131 square yards of 1/2 inch chip, followed by 5,131 square yards of 3/8 inch chip) and Cranberry (Tonto to Seminole) with 2,152 square yards of 1/2 chip, followed by 2,152 square yards of 3/8 inch chip. Bids must meet all requirements specified in the Notice and Invitation for Bids, be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked '2026 Chipseal Overlay,' and conform in all material respects to the Request for Bids. Dewey-Humboldt reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, amend the bid and resolicit, or withhold the award for any reason determined by Dewey-Humboldt. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
