The scope of work in the Obama Modernization project encompasses both, campus interior and exterior renovations. The building interior work is the Building A partial renovation for Olympic High School and the Adult Education Program, Building B partial renovation for the SELPA program and Building C and D for the SMMUSD preschool program. The renovation includes toilet rooms renovations, plumbing re-work, interior surfaces renovation, minor mechanical and electrical upgrades, limited ADA upgrades, signage and finishes. There is no Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler work.
