This Request for Proposal invites prospective Proponents to provide window replacement on designated areas at Kerr Hall Building at Victoria Street, Gould Street, Church Street, and Gerrard Street East, Toronto, Ontario. The University intends to execute a Stipulated Price Contract, CCDC 2 - 2020, as amended by the University's Supplementary Conditions. Proponents must submit a Proposal Acknowledgement Form and Agreement to Bond as part of the mandatory submission requirements. Technical evaluation includes assessment of the project team, project schedule, relevant experience, and social and sustainable practices. Financial evaluation will consider the total base bid fee.
