Renovation of a military facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Fit-out of the Salvation Army Building at 7 Eglinton Ave., Toronto. Contractors must complete a release of liability form prior to entering the site. Each submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $250,000 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx. Only bidders who have satisfactorily completed three contracts of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity, and who possess either COR_ Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA), ISO 45001 certification, or Out-of-Province COR_ Reciprocity through IHSA will be considered for this contract. Submissions must be sent through MetrolinxMERX EBS and bidders are responsible for ensuring delivery in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Deadline to Submit Questions May 11, 2026 as per Adda 1
