Project involves replacement of a CMP culvert with an 8'x6' RCB culvert with wingwalls, creek bypassing, removal of roadway, installation of 8-foot-wide asphalt path, grading, erosion control, restoration, landscaping, signage, and traffic control. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the Village of Brown Deer in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. The Village of Brown Deer reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
