The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the oil shaft seal to restore proper chiller operation. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations to ensure system reliability and performance. This requirement is limited to small business concerns capable of performing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment maintenance, repair, and rebuilding services. The Government is conducting market research only to identify contractors with the capability and resources to perform the described services. T Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the oil shaft seal on Chiller 1 located at Building 6582, JBSA-Lackland, TX. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
