Description

Renovation of a military facility in Lackland AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The contractor shall perform plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning services in accordance with the technical criteria, requirements, and scope defined in the attached Request for Quotation and Statement of Work. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental services necessary to complete the requirement as specified in the RFQ and SOW. Contractors are responsible for verifying site conditions and performing the work in full compliance with the stated technical, safety, and performance requirements contained in the solicitation documents. Questions/Concerns: All questions/concerns must be submitted in writing by email no later than Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 12:00 pm CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov website, as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered. PROJECT SCOPE: The contractor shall furnish all supervision; labor, transportation materials, tools, incidentals, equipment, and quality assurance for removal, disposal, and replacement ofthe oil shaft seal on chiller 1 located in the mechanical room of B6582 at JBSA- Lackland San Antonio TX.
