Renovation of a military facility in Lackland AFB, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall furnish and install two interior coil weathered service doors meeting Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 or equal requirements. Each door shall measure 20 feet by 20 feet and include a 22-gauge galvanized steel curtain with standard gray factory finish, an extruded mill finish aluminum bottom bar, lintel brush seal, single guide weathering, bottom bar astragal, and motor operation. Doors shall be equipped with photo eyes and rated for a minimum 20 psf wind load. All materials, labor, equipment, and installation services necessary to provide fully operational doors in accordance with the attached salient characteristics shall be provided.
