The scope of work includes miscellaneous concrete reconstruction at various City-owned properties, such as concrete curb, sidewalk, and apron replacement in the City of Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey, completed in every detail as shown or specified for the prices bid in the Proposal. Instructions to bidders require that bids must be made on the standard Bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, as designated and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Project title on the outside, addressed to the City Clerk. Each bid must include all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist and a bid guarantee of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not exceeding twenty thousand dollars, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. Bidders must comply with the requirements of applicable state laws and regulations referenced within the project documents. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities, and the project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder if not all bids are rejected. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
