Reference Number 0000420691 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2890709.C20448776 Piggyback Contract No The Westerly Housing Authority is requesting proposals for repair/installation of: Remove popcorn ceiling from community room-cc. Approximate 1030' sq ft. Repair any damages to existing ceiling, skim coat, paint ceiling. Clean and remove debris from area when completed. Assessment of needs is as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform work using his/her own vehicle(s). 2. Contractor shall cover any areas that could be affected by dust or debris. 3. Contractor will remove and dispose of exiting popcorn from ceiling 4. Contractor shall repair any damage in ceilings. 5. Contractor shall prime and paint new ceilings. 6. Contractor shall remove and dispose of old debris and clean area. 7. Contractor shall provide proof of Liability Insurance in the event of property damage as a result of accident or negligence of the contractor. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bids over Two Thousand Dollars require compliance with the Davis Bacon Act (Prevailing Wage) and submission of required compliance documents. Authority reserves the right to reject any or all resumes and to accept the resume it deems to be in the best interest of the Authority.
