Reference Number 0000427962 The Town of Westerly RI is seeking Sealed Bids for supply of Chemical Pumps to be used at the Town's Wastewater Treatment Facility. Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Town of Westerly, as a recipient of federal grant funds, requires that the Bidder complies with all Federal and State flow-down requirements prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or parts thereof, or to waive irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the Bid or parts thereof deemed to be most favorable to the best interest of the Town.
