Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Westerly, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed and received by the Purchasing Agent at ecardillo@westerlyri.gov no later than 12:00PM on October 15, 2026 Selective demolition, site work, site utilities, landscaping, concrete, masonry, paving, poured in place safety surfacing, wood guard rail, plumbing, electrical, play equipment, and site furniture. 2. Portions of the work will be done through a town purchasing cooperative. These include a restroom, play equipment, and PIP play surfacing. Restroom will be purchased from Romtec. For a division of work between the owner and the General Contractor for the restroom, see Division 13 00 50 Pre-Engineered Restroom. Play equipment and poured-in-place (PIP) play surfacing are to be purchased directly from the manufacturer by the Town and are to be installed under a separate contract.
