Contract to be awarded is defined as providing on-call repair services of the sanitary sewer system in the Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority service area. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a short list of Contractors to provide on-call sewer repair services for the next two years. The Authority is seeking contractors who could be available on a regular basis to provide on-call services (both routine and emergency). Interested firms are invited to submit their responses in conformance with the criteria outlined in the RFP. The successful Contractor(s) will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond in the form as attached to the RFP for $50,000.00. A certified check cannot be substituted for either bond. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, as it may deem to be in its best interests.
