Late Bids. Each Bidder is responsible for submission of its Bid. Bids or revisions to Bids received after the date and time specified above will be rejected for consideration by the School District. Any rejected Bids will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The School District is not liable for any delivery or postal delays. Original Bid and Copies. Each Bid must be an original, written, hard copy, signed by an authorized member of the Bidder's firm. Along with the original, signed Bid, the Bidder shall also submit two (2) copies of the Bid. The School District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or eliminate any or all portions of the above-identified selection timeline as it determines to be in its best interest, with or without notice to Bidders.
