Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lauderhill, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City seeks statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering, plumbing, fire protection, consulting, cost estimating, site planning, landscape design, and related services for the design and preparation of construction documents for construction improvements. These improvements include a new parking lot, multi-use football field with lighting and grandstand seating, and a new pool at St. George Park, 3501 NW 8th Avenue, and the adjacent lot, formerly the St. George Church, 850 NW 36th Terrace. All proposers must register online with the City. Statement of qualifications must be submitted electronically via IonWave.
