Description

Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Bohemia, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility.

The project includes the demolition of 3755 Veterans Memorial Highway. All demolition debris shall be removed and legally disposed of. The site will be left neat, graded and seeded. The Town of Islip will aid the Contractor with demolition permits. Contractor shall submit for utility disconnects. The detailed Scope of Work is included in the Bid Document Questions due: Friday, May 1, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM.
