The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting the services of qualified firms to perform Structural Plan Review services for statewide capital development and improvement projects. Structural plan reviews are to be conducted electronically using the DFCM Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and Bluebeam platforms. Plans uploaded by project design teams must be reviewed within 10 working days from the upload date. Development projects are generally fast-tracked, phased construction projects that may include multiple bid packages and deferred submittal documents. All plan documents, deferred submittals, and project re-checks are to be reviewed within the 10-day period. Improvement projects are usually submitted as complete documents, and all plan documents, including re-checks, must also be reviewed within 10 working days.
