Remodeling of the Wichita State University Geology Building for the Anthropology Department and the demolition of Neff Hall, identified as Building No. 71500-00032 & -00034 in Wichita, Kansas. Bidders are to submit a single contract bid for the project as a whole, including all work for total construction. Bids may be submitted by mail, delivery, or email as specified. Mailed or delivered bids are to be received at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Department of Administration, Suite 451S, 900 S.W. Jackson Street, Topeka, Kansas 66612. Emailed bids should be sent to procurement@ks.gov and received by the same office by the specified bid closing date and time. All parties interested in obtaining bid documents must register on the GeoCivix website. Bidders may view, download, or print the bid documents at their own expense. Only those registered will receive addendums. All bidders, including all tiers, are responsible for understanding the full scope of work covered by the bid documents. Upon contract award, the contractor will be provided up to three sets of printed bid documents, which must be picked up or shipped at the contractor's expense.
