The existing accessible route from Gayley Road to Greek Theater ticket booth must remain open at all times and may not be used for construction access. For the scope of work to replace two concrete landings adjacent to Foothill Dining, the Contractor must prioritize and finish this work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed. Bidder qualifications: Each bidder must submit, on company letterhead, a Contractor’s Special Statement of Experience documenting successful completion as prime contractor of a minimum of three and a maximum of five comparable site landscape projects, completed in the past five years, each with earthwork, re-grading, accessible paths, concrete paving, metalwork handrails and guardrails, and exterior lighting, with a construction value at award of $1,280,000 or greater. Do not include projects currently under construction. Inaccurate or incomplete statements or negative references may result in a non-responsive bid.
