Renovation of an educational facility in Martin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State of Tennessee is inviting bids from General Contractors for upgrades to HVAC systems at the University of Tennessee Martin, identified as UTM HVAC Systems Upgrades (25/26) (Subproject 1), SBC Number 540/011-07-2025. Bidders must be licensed and qualified according to state law. Bid security of five percent (5%) in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashiers check payable to the State of Tennessee is required. The states non-discrimination policy applies. Bidders may examine documents at the Designers office or specified Plan Rooms and must obtain bidding documents to be registered as Bidders of Record, which is required for receiving notifications. Hard copies of documents may be purchased. Only Bidders of Record will receive addenda and notifications. All other instructions regarding locations for obtaining documents and bid delivery requirements must be followed. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date.
