Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project as per scope of work, specification and drawings prepared by Lochner. This work is to rehabilitate Runway 7/25 and the associated lights, to meet current FAA standards and improve operational safety. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 2:00 PM MT A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC) is $3,686,900 This item of work shall consist of, but is not limited to, work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, material and supplies to and from the project site for work on the project, except as provided in the contract as separate pay items. REHABILITATE RUNWAY 7/25; REHABILITATE 7/25 LIGHTS. A plan holder's list, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents may be retrieved by accessing the Purchasing page of the City of Farmington website or by visiting the Central Purchasing Office at 805 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico.
