The intent is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Invitation to Quote Package 2026-04, LE Shaw Elementary School, Boiler Replacement for a Stipulated Price Contract in accordance with the ITQ Documents. The scope includes building and construction and maintenance services, specifically for boiler replacement at LE Shaw Elementary School. Removal and disposal of two existing Matheson oil-fired boilers and associated components; installation of two AVRCE-supplied Viessmann cast iron sectional boilers with Riello burners; concrete housekeeping pads; piping, breeching, insulation, testing, commissioning coordination, and all associated mechanical work per specifications and drawings Documents are available at https://procurement-portal.novascotia.ca/tenders/avrce-itq-2026-04
