All materials delivered to township shed, at site within township or picked up. All products shall be Penn Dot approved Type "A" Material from Type A sources otherwise specified above. All stone needs to be from a limestone source. The Brothersvalley Township board of Supervisors, at its sole discretion, may require that samples of the above product be submitted to laboratory analysis of the Township's choice to determine compliance with material specifications. Any and all such testing should it be required shall be at the sole expense of the bidder. All proposals shall be upon the forms furnished by the Township and shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount of $100 and made payable to the Township of Brothersvalley. The Municipality reserved unto itself the right to reject any and all bids.
