Renovation of an industrial development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 142,230-square-foot, two-story above grade industrial development.
All inquiries regarding this Notice and the bidding documents shall be directed to: Jason Richards on behalf of the Project Manager at jason@studiowest.design with a copy to María Julianna Auzenne, Special Counsel to the NORBP at maria@auzennelaw.com. The project generally consists of roof replacement and all related labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work as set forth in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids in accordance with the bidding documents, provide bid security in the required form and amount, and include their Louisiana contractor's license number. Strict adherence to the requirements stated in the advertisement and the bid form is necessary, as informalities will not be waived. Bidders are responsible for monitoring and obtaining all addenda and acknowledging receipt as required. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project location. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs for the bidding documents.
