ROOF REPLACEMENT Deer Island Community School 711 Route 772, Fairhaven, NB SG9-A24 BW6123. Roof recap and replacement for multiple roof areas (Roofs 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8). Work includes preparation and recapping of existing modified bituminous roofing, repairs to blisters and delamination, drain and clamping ring adjustments, replacement of edge metal and flashings, vent stack work, curb modifications, new roof hatch safety railings, localized wet insulation replacement, steel siding installation at roof wall interfaces, joint sealants, rough carpentry, and provision of a three year roofing guarantee.
