Foothill-De Anza Community College District (FHDA) is seeking a qualified LLB Entity to modernize the Student Housing apartments at 7954 McClellan Road, in Cupertino, as well as the surrounding site. The housing complex comprises of 94 apartments spread among 7 buildings. Included at the site are a leasing office building, various carports, driveways, and surrounding trees and landscape. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following improvements as shown on the design drawings Modernize the interior finishes of the apartments. Replacing all interior flooring systems. Purchasing and installing all kitchen appliances. Purchasing and installing a 2-in-1 washer/dryer for select apartments. Demolish and install new apartment bathrooms, including plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Demolish and install new apartment kitchens, including plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Upgrading 5 apartments to meet ADA standards per design drawings. Upgrade MEP systems where necessary. New interior lighting throughout. Replacement of apartment entry door hardware with an electronic keyless system. Upgrade six laundry rooms with new finishes, new washers and dryers, Owner Furnished, and installed. Installation of IDF closets. Trenching pathways, conduit, and cabling from MPOE to IDF closets. WIFI, site security equipment, and data racks are Owner Furnished and Installed. Installation of conduit and cabling on the exterior of buildings from IDF closets to equipment.
