Provide quarterly, annual, and five-year inspections, maintenance, and certification for all town-owned property fire suppression systems. Includes wet, dry, pre-action, and clean agent sprinkler systems. Work to be performed in accordance with NFPA 25 requirements. Tasks include inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, covering alarm valves, gauges, sprinkler heads, pressure gauges, fire department connections, water flow alarm devices, risers, piping, and spare sprinkler cabinets. Written inspection reports required for compliance and insurance. Annual inspections include sprinkler system testing, waterflow and tamper switch testing, main drain and inspector’s test, control valve inspection, identification and documentation of deficiencies, with written inspection reports. Five-year inspections include internal piping inspection, standpipe system flow testing (if applicable), fire department connection inspection, internal check valves inspection, gauges testing or replacement, sprinkler head sample testing, and hydrostatic testing where applicable. Deliverables include five-year compliance certification, detailed inspection report, and recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
