Renovation of an educational facility in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

Project includes removal of existing chiller, installation of owner-purchased chiller, and replacement of existing fitness center HVAC units and pads. Bidders shall review section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders for bid submission procedures. Bids will be accepted until the specified deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities and to make the award in the best interest of the Owner. Bidders may obtain digital access to the bidding documents by emailing the preconstruction manager. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check for a sum no less than 10% of the bid including all alternates. Other bidding requirements are described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Offers must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and will be required to be irrevocable for 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and waive any irregularities at their discretion. All correspondence regarding construction documents and bid process will be through this party. RFI's submitted directly to the owner or design team or any responses received from those parties are not binding. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids
