Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gardner, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the 2026 Pavement Management Program. The project includes, but is not limited to, UBAS pavement, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, and asphalt patching. Sealed bids are due prior to the bid deadline 10:00 A.M. (local time) on April 28, 2026. Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a non-refundable fee online at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room. Additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Contractors desiring the contract documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. Inquiries regarding the project should be directed to: John Trickett 913-856-0920 jtrickett@gardnerkansas.gov Bidder requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make such requests (in writing only) of the Project Manager at least seven (7) days before the date for receipt of bids.
