Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project involves rehabilitating approximately 5,000-feet by 100-feet of asphalt pavement on Runway 1/19. This will consist of an asphalt mill and overlay with a maximum milling depth of 2-inches. Other project items include asphalt grooving, perimeter and lateral underdrains with cleanouts, erosion control, topsoiling along shoulders of pavement, pavement markings, and seeding/mulching. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond on the form contained in the Proposal Book from a surety company acceptable to the City of Lebanon or a cashiers check or certified check made payable to the City of Lebanon for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A 100% Contract Bond will be required of the successful Contractor. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any/and or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in their best interest.
