Renovation of a municipal facility in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work involves the replacement of the existing heat exchanger (boiler) for Wilson County, Tennessee. Sealed bids are requested from qualified vendors for this project. The Wilson County Finance Director/Purchasing Agent holds the right to reject any or all bids, accept any portion of any bid, or accept other than the lowest cost bid that meets specifications. Prospective vendors may obtain a bid package by contacting the Wilson County Finance Department during regular business hours. Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 Any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than 96 hours before bid opening . Replacement of the existing heat exchanger (boiler) for the Wilson County Buildings Department, including removal and disposal of the existing system, installation of a new Rinnai 4-rack hot water system, integration with the existing hot water storage tank, and modifications to water, gas, and venting systems.
