The City is seeking a one-year contract to repair and restore existing picnic shelters located throughout the city. The work will involve approximately 10 shelters across 7 sites and includes tasks such as cleaning or power washing, preparing interior and exterior surfaces, repairing or replacing structural elements like ceiling panels, fascia, ventilation grilles, plywood sections, and foundation gaps, sanding or sandblasting as needed, repainting to match existing colours using rust-resistant coatings, and installing or reinstalling bird-control netting systems as required.
