The City of Lenoir City Street Department is accepting sealed and competitive bids for asphalt to be put in place and to be picked up from the plant by the Street Department. Bidders are asked to provide pricing for both scenarios. For bid specifications and to access streets and roads, bidders should contact the Street Superintendent. All bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with "Bids for Resurfacing and Paving," and addressed to the indicated city official. All bids of $25,000 or more must include the contractor's license information, including Name as licensed, License Number, Expiration Date, and Classification applicable to the bid, on the outside of the sealed envelope.
