Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the reconstruction of sanitary, storm and water mains along with the respective services on Bartholomew Street from James Street East to King Street East to correct defects and aging infrastructure. Work will also include the replacement of the roadbed including granular base and new asphalt and the replacement of concrete sidewalk. This type of work is essential to ensure the city provides safe drinking water, a sufficient supply of water for fire fighting purposes, sewage collection, and safe and efficient roadways throughout the city.
