Interior Renovation Lakeside Building for CMSD - Finishes/Interior Several floors within this five-story building were originally constructed with open floor plans. The scope of this project focuses on Levels 1 through 4 and consists of subdividing the existing open areas to create enclosed learning spaces. Each learning space will be fully enclosed with new partitions as required, provided with a door, and fitted with a suspended acoustical ceiling system. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection modifications; flooring installation; carpentry; fire sprinkler head relocation and/or additions; and interior painting. The project also includes the design and construction of a new secure vestibule at the north building entrance to enhance access control and safety. Sealed bids are being solicited for interior renovation work at the Lakeside Building, an occupied administrative facility located at 1440 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. The project includes multi-floor interior renovations such as selective demolition, partition modifications, interior finishes, ceilings, doors, cabinetry, and associated mechanical and electrical work, all as detailed in the Contract Documents. The building will remain occupied during construction, and coordination with District operations is required.
