The project is the DeAnza Middle School - Campus Painting Project. All bids must be submitted on specified forms and through the Bonfire platform. The project must be completed within forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days from the date in the Notice of Award. Bidders must possess a C-33 contractor's license at the time of contract award, and if a specialty contractor is awarded the contract, they must perform a majority of the work themselves. Bids must strictly conform to the contract documents and be responsive to all requirements. The lowest bid will be the price on the base contract, without regard to additive or deductive alternates. Each bidder must submit a list of designated subcontractors, and all subcontractors must be properly licensed. Bids must remain open for ninety calendar days after the opening date. Bidders are responsible for timely submission. No late bids will be accepted. Monitoring and compliance with the Department of Industrial Relations' requirements for payroll and registration is required.
