Flagler County Board of County Commissioners are requesting bids for improvements consisting of the construction of County Road 205, Phase 2 widening and resurfacing between State Road 100 and a private dirt road. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline for respondents to submit questions for clarification online The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Construction of roadway improvements along an approximate 1.9-mile section of County Road 205 from State Road 100 to a private dirt road, identified at STA 99 43 on the project construction plans. This project will include widening and resurfacing of the roadway, full depth roadway repair/reconstruction of certain sections, maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, grading excavation and embankment, guardrail installation, stormwater improvements, signage, pavement markings and other related items incidental to the work as the Base Bid. The County is also requesting costs for an additive bid option that include the transport of recovered recycled asphalt millings from the project to CR 2006 East for roadway stabilization of approximately 650 linear feet of existing unpaved roadway. The Additive Bid Option may or may not be accepted by Flagler County and any Additive Bid Option Shall only be authorized and exercised at the sole discretion of Flagler County. The Additive Bid Option is not part of the Base Bid. The Vendor response with the lowest responsible qualified bid for the Base Bid would be the basis of award for the project.
