Questions Due Date: Apr 28th 2026, 11:00 PM EDT Online Portal The Work to be completed under this contract includes the 1.5" mill (~26,500 square yards) of roadway surfaces at specified locations in Horsham Township. The quantities and road list are provided in the bid documents. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Horsham Township along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid Opening or for such period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of Bids only by the withdrawing Bidder's strict compliance with 73 P.S. 1602 and any subsequent amendments. Horsham Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
