Description

Site work for a civil project in Centreville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit Quotes for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Question Deadline 06/17/2026 change from 06/15/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing to the same email ecastro@loudounwater.org All questions about the meaning or intent of this solicitation are to be submitted to the Owner via Loudoun Water's IonWave website . Any interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner will be addressed by addenda posted on the IonWave website in response to such questions . Questions received less than five days prior to the date of the receipt of quotes may not be answered Following is a general description of the Project : The Work includes replacement of three (3) 16-inch and two (2) 20-inch valves ; installation of a new 16-inch bypass connection ; modification of the existing 20 -inch bypass connection ; draining of the 16-inch and 20 -inch mains and temporary bypass system ; restoration of all disturbed areas; removal of a tree stump ; and installation of screening shrubs .
