Site work for a communication facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The work consists of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) radio and cellular improvements and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in the Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies will not be accepted. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. Some bid documents, such as plans and technical specifications, will not be posted online for security reasons, with instructions provided on how to obtain them. Questions must be submitted via email and will be answered through addenda. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The last day to submit Questions pertaining to this invitation for bid must be submitted by May 12, 2026, 5:00 PM Eastern Time via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. Award is subject to final approval.
