Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of the Greater Columbus Convention Center Liquid Applied Membrane Roof Overlay Project, Bid Package 2026-03. The project owner is the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority. The owner's estimate is $20,000,000.00. Proposals must comply with the specifications, project manual, plans, technical specifications, contract bond, and other documents prepared by CTL Engineering, Inc. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the form included in the Project Manual and meet the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply for all work performed. The authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the bid opening, except as provided for in the Project Manual. Bids must be sealed and delivered by the date and time specified. Bid documents may be examined at the offices of the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority, The Greater Columbus Convention Center, or requested from designated contacts.
