Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately 1. Renovations and improvements to the City's Industrial Lift Station located southwest of the Prestage Foods production plant. 1. Construction of a package lift station, including precast concrete wet well and package lift station enclosure with piping, valves, and controls. 2. Demolition of the existing lift station. 3. Bypass pumping during construction 4. Construction of approximately 9,300 LF of 8-inch forcemain. 5. Installation of or replacement of manholes and maintenance structures along the forcemain route and on the lift station site. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and Build America Buy America Provisions. This project is funded in part by federal funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development through the CDBG program. Certain federal requirements apply and detailed more specifically in the plans and specifications.
